A limited number of hotel accommodation are available in Varanasi. A list of hotels which have offered special rates for PBD Delegates/Participants is given below. These bookings can be made online through the web portal link of the hotels. For government of India invitees, accommodation would be arranged by the Organizers.
2. All PBD Registrants are requested to approach the concerned hotels for bookings, only with mentioning of their registration numbers, as Hotels have been instructed to release hotel rooms to only those persons who provide PBD Registration Nos. to them. Hotels can be contacted either 'online' or through e-mail messages, and payments can be made either 'online' or through 'banking channels', provided by the Concerned hotel, and thus hotel-rooms can be booked at MEA's negotiated rates, which are blocked and meant for only PBD Registrants.

A special Swiss Cottage tent city showcasing India's rich heritage and culture has been set up close to the PBD 2019 venue offering well appointed and fully furnished Deluxe Villas, Deluxe Royal Cottage and 4-bedded family cottages with en-suite toilet and other star amenities.The cost of tented accommodation in Varanasi is given below.
